Photoshop: How to Quickly Transform a Photo into a Compelling Image

I love this quick tutorial on how to create and enhance a compelling image.  This tutorial can be used on many different types of scenes. However cities and landscapes come out real well.  The narrator is clear and easy to understand.  I found this tutorial very helpful, and it was easy for me to create my own version of the enhanced image.  This is a must try for graphic designers!
